Power Ranger Toy Reviewer
Alright, so I didn’t live blog RAW. There was just gonna be so much going on, so I didn’t wanna bother trying to keep up, plus I got home late so I missed the first half-hour. So, here are my thoughts on the MAJOR things that happened.

Let’s start with AJ and Daniel Bryan’s wedding. Totally unexpected are the only words I can use to describe that. I mean, I expected it not to work out since it was a WWE wedding and all, but I was not expecting AJ to be named the new GM. I can’t wait to see what shenanigans come out of this.
The WWE Legends returning was cool, especially DX. It was nice seeing all these faces I grew up with come back, I didn’t expect them to get a few of the people they got back, Lita being one of them.
I honestly could care less about The Rock returning. He’s so annoying to me, his jokes are always just so stupid, I don’t know it just doesn’t work for me.
Brock Lesnar returning again, another thing I could care less about. He’s just so irrelevant to WWE now it’s ridiculous and I don’t understand what the draw is to him.

I think the thing that bugs me with these two chuckleheads above is these guys leave for years, do movies, MMA, other miscellaneous bull, and come back, only to leave very shortly after returning. They seriously just seem like they’re there for shock value than ACTUALLY wrestling.

Alright, now onto the main event, because I really don’t think anything else mattered (oh that’s right, Undertaker came back huh??). John Cena Vs. CM Punk for the WWE Championship. I was seriously worried about this match, I really didn’t want Cena to win. It’s not that I hate him, it’s just that he’s had it so much in his 10 years in WWE, it would just be stupid to give him the title again, especially from the guy who beat him the year before FOR that title. Anyways, everything seemed to be going alright up until the referee got knocked out of the ring. That’s when things got me on the edge of my seat, Punk is just standing in the ring conflicted on whether or not he should pin Cena after being knocked out by Big Show, he finally wises up and gets the ref in there and apparently 3 or 4 minutes is plenty of time to wake up from a knock out punch and Cena gets his shoulder up. Then we got Big Show going in there which ends the match in a disqualification, leaving CM Punk as the champion and Cena with a spent MITB briefcase.
Now Show’s still beating up Cena and here come The Rock to save the day of all people. He takes care of Big Show and sets up for the people’s elbow and gets hit by Punk on the way, which honestly made me love Punk more. Then Rock gets hit with the GTS and “FINALLY, THE ROCK HAS…….SHUT THE HELL UP”!!! It ends with Punk just standing in the ring while the crowd seems to turn on him.

I don’t understand the reasoning for the crowd turning on Punk, just because he didn’t help Cena and took advantage of what Big Show did was no reason to turn on him (Wouldn’t YOU take advantage of that situation if the thing you worked your ass off for for years was at stake?). While Punk hasn’t been much of a villain over this year, he hasn’t been a total goodie-two-shoes either. It’s been a fair balance and to have people assume Punks gone bad again is just kinda dumb. I honestly don’t care what Punk is at this point, because I know either way, he’ll be entertaining as hell.

Now onto final thoughts, pretty great episode of RAW and a great way to celebrate 1000 episodes. There were a few bumps, but that happens every week. Can’t wait for next week.

I LOVE the new graphics, they’re very sleek and less busy looking than the old stuff, I hope they keep them. *FINGERS CROSSED*
